We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I return a product?

  • We will respond to you within 24-48 hours with your return address.
  • You can return items as long as they are unused. It’s best if it’s well packaged!
  • Once we receive the item we will refund or exchange it. 
  • For refunds, refunds are available within 1-2 days after we receive the item.
  • We pay your refund via credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to be reflected in your bank.
  • When you decide to return or exchange an item, it is important to note that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item. This time frame is to minimize the risk of the package being lost in transit.

Do I need to pay return shipping?

  • Yes, if you wish to return an item to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs. This means you will need to use the carrier of your choice to ship the item back to us. It is important to consider this cost when deciding whether to return an item.
  • To ensure you have a pleasant experience, we strongly recommend using tracking when returning your item.

Can I cancel my order?

If you realize that you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will immediately cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Why haven't I received the item yet?

  • We promise to ship your order within 2-4 weeks. If you do not receive your item within 5 weeks, you have the right to have a new package sent immediately.
  • You are also entitled to a full refund. However, please note that we may ask you to contact your local post office and communicate with them before we can issue a refund. This is because in many cases, the post office marks the order as delivered (because they drop the package off at the mailbox or front door), but the customer doesn't notice the package is there.
